The Real Process in Our Workshop
At R.U.N., every casting is unique. We work with sculptors, artists, and monumental projects requiring the highest level of quality. Our team masters every aspect of the process:
1. Faithful Reproduction: We create a wax model exact to the original
2. Ceramic Shell: We wrap the wax in layers of refractory material
3. Dewaxing: We remove the wax, leaving a perfect hollow mold
4. Casting: We pour liquid bronze at 2100°F into the mold
5. Reveal: We break the ceramic shell to free the bronze
6. Assembly: We weld and polish with mastery
