Who We Are
R.U.N. Art Foundry is a full-service bronze foundry based in Miami. For over four decades, we have helped sculptors, architects, and collectors transform their vision into permanent bronze works — from intimate tabletop pieces to 20-foot monumental installations.
We specialize in the lost-wax (cire perdue) casting method, ceramic shell molding, custom patination engineered for subtropical climates, and complete project management from concept to installation. Our clients include galleries, municipalities, universities, and private collectors throughout Florida and internationally.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does lost-wax casting work?
A wax replica of your sculpture is encased in ceramic shell, then heated until the wax melts out — creating a hollow mold. Molten bronze fills the mold. After cooling, the shell is broken away and the bronze is chased, welded, and patinated to perfection.
How long does a typical project take?
Small to medium sculptures: 8-12 weeks. Large or monumental pieces: 3-6 months. We provide a detailed timeline during your free consultation based on complexity, size, and edition quantity.
What does bronze casting cost?
Pricing depends on size, complexity, detail level, and edition size. Small pieces typically start around $3,000-$5,000; monumental works can range from $50,000 to $500,000+. Contact us for a personalized estimate — initial consultations are always free.
Do you work with artists outside of Miami?
Absolutely. We regularly work with artists from across Florida and internationally. We coordinate shipping, offer remote consultations via video, and can arrange studio visits. The process works seamlessly at a distance.
Will my outdoor sculpture survive Florida weather?
Yes. Bronze is inherently durable, and we apply patinas and protective coatings specifically engineered for subtropical conditions — high humidity, salt air, and UV exposure. With basic annual maintenance (wax application), a bronze sculpture will last centuries outdoors.
